"Toughness" by Jay Bilas

I saw this a couple years ago and thought it was really good.  Check it out - http://mdbball.com/Documents/ToughnessbyJayBilas.pdf

2011 RFYBB Golf Outing

This first time fundraising event was a tremendous success in bringing together alumni,
parents, & community supporters of this local organization which has been fostering the love
of basketball in our local youth for over 30 years. Not only did the participants have a lot of
fun during the day but the event was able to raise in excess of $4,000.

With these additional funds, game shorts and jerseys will be purchased for the traveling teams
participating in 5th through 8th grades. These will allow River Falls to be uniform in
appearance as we represent our community in tournaments throughout Eastern Minnesota
and Western Wisconsin. In addition; the organization is striving to provide shooting clinics &
enhance the support of local camps for basketball players of all ages. Furthermore, there is
a desire to be able to aid those Wildcat players who are playing in summer leagues & camps.
All of these are in an effort to improve the skill level of the players while continuing with the
tradition of having the Wildcats be one of the elite programs in the area.

Moving forward, the intent is to make this golf event an annual one. In fact, efforts are
already being made in preparation for 2012…….please be on the lookout for more details.
